I, personally do not care much for "bye" weeks - - BUT. in this case, I feel it was exactly what our Sooners needed. I understand that Bradford has been cleared to play, but - - at this point - - Stoops has not named the starting QB. (Priority, will be given to Bradford's well being - - and, of course, Bradford is "chompin' at the bits" wanting to get back on the field.) The coaches have a problem - - how do you keep a Heisman winning QB off the field when his back up has just broken the record for most TDs in a game while being named Big 12 player of the week. (I think National player of the week, also. ???)

Oklahoma vs Baylor - - 2:30 pm - - October 10th
Oklahoma vs Texas - - 11:00 am - - October 17th
The Sooners climbed back to the #8 spot in the nation while remaining idle this past week and are in good shape to climb back into national contention if we just take care of business each week. SO - - while the Sooners hone in on getting better each week - - let's make sure the Gulf Coast Sooners are loyal, supportive fans by showing the gulf coast area what in means to be Sooners. The next best thing to yelling your head off at the games is - - to yell your head off at Beef O'Brady' with the rest of your gulf coast Sooner friends.
